Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Oversee all stages of EPC projects.
• Technical Expertise: Design and implement HVAC, Solar, Advanced Power Metering, and other energy efficiency projects.
• Procurement & Supply Chain: Source and procure necessary equipment and materials.
• Operations & Maintenance: Implement maintenance schedules and troubleshoot system issues.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board Exam)
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations applicable in the Philippines.
• Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and simulation software like PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Candidates:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EPC within the energy sector is a plus, related in:
– Advanced power metering infrastructure.
– Solar PV systems.
– Energy management and audits.
• Certifications in renewable energy or energy efficiency (e.g., Certified Energy Manager – CEM) would be advantageous.
• Experience with SCADA systems, IoT in energy applications, or smart grid technologies.
• Experience in HVAC systems (domestic and industrial) would be an advantage.

Business Analyst
Role: Responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex processes are crucial. A graduate with a strong understanding of business analysis techniques and excellent communication skills could contribute, especially with guidance from senior analysts.
Experience: Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge or professionals with 5+ years in business analysis.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or a related field.
Certification: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent.
Database Specialist
Role: Responsible for designing, developing, installing, administering, maintaining, and performance tuning of databases. Solid database knowledge is essential. A graduate with a strong foundation in database design and management (RDBMS or NoSQL) could assist in tasks like data modeling, querying, and basic administration.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in database design and management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or a related field.
Certification: Certified Database Professional or equivalent.
Full Stack Developer
Role: Responsible for developing and testing both the front-end and back-end components of web applications. This role requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, along with experience in building and deploying web applications.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in software development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or a related field.
Certification: Certified Full Stack Developer or equivalent.
UI/UX Designer
Role: Responsible for designing and enhancing the user interfaces and user experiences of a software product/solution. A graduate with a good understanding of UX principles, design tools, and usability testing could contribute significantly to designing user-friendly interfaces.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in UI/UX design.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, Graphic Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.
Certification: Certified UX Professional or equivalent.

🟢 Qualifications
• 1-2 years of working experience in the Solar PV Industry
• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
• Has a Safety Officer (BOSH 2) Training Certificate
• Experience in conducting site inspections / surveys / audits
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and energy management principles
• Proficiency in writing and speaking in English
• Willing to travel
🟢 Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include:
• Familiarity with the operation of energy systems like HVAC, Boilers, Compressed Air, Refrigeration, Pumps, and Motors is an advantage
• Knowledge of local and national energy codes and standards
• Technical writing experience or skills
